13 an hour The Women's Clinic is seeking a motivated, positive person to join our team to provide excellent customer service to our patients over the phone and in person.
The Receptionist is responsible for efficient scheduling of clinic patients, assisting in clinic workflow, answering the phone, chart preparation and maintenance, checking patients in upon their arrival at the clinic, checking patients out after their appointment, and scheduling follow up visits.
Knowledge of business office procedures.
Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation to type patient information.
Skill in operating a computer and photocopier.
Positive and strong communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully and harmoniously with all clinic consumers.
Able to speak clearly and concisely.
Able to read and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Able to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic and/or numeric filing systems.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, clinic/hospital staff and the public.
Prefer one year experience in a medical office/clinic setting.
Well-groomed and demonstrates appropriate conduct.
Essential Job Functions:
High school diploma, GED, or evidence of literacy.
Able to use or be trained to use office equipment such as computer information system, copier, fax, 10 key machine, credit/debit card machine.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
