-Will be required to lay tile for showers, backsplashes, etc.
-Will be required to measure, cut, and hang sheetrock -Will be required to lay various types of flooring -Other tasks required to finish home renovation projects Experience - Must have experience and be proficient in all phases of interior and exterior home repair and remodeling.
Including, but not limited to, flooring , drywall, painting, cabinet installation, light plumbing and electrical, tiling, roofing, framing, and deck and awning installation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction leadership role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Note:
