Job Summary
La Grande Post Acute Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to manage nursing care delivery to the residents, follow the plan of care, and perform general nursing duties.
Essential Functions:
Supervises nursing care to residents
Complies with State and Federal Regulations
Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Required: Current licensure in the State of employment.
Demonstrated knowledge of nursing processes, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
