Professional

  • BC/BE Emergency Medicine and 2024 Residents may apply
  • Staffed with 5 FTE ER physicians, 2 casual ER physicians, and 2 FTE NPs
  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • Emergency Department has 10 exam rooms
  • 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Roughly 6 - 24-hour shifts per month, may also include 12-hour shifts if desired
  • 30-35 patients per 24 Hr shift
  • Dedicated FNP-ED to support patient volume from 10am -10pm

Compensation

  • ($4300/24-HR shift) x 71 shifts per year=$305,300+$50K(Quality Bonus)=$355,300 before wRVU
  • $50K quality care bonus per year and wRVU productivity incentives
  • $20K Commencement bonus
  • $8K CME with 3 days
  • Full Benefits, including Malpractice with tail

Clinical Components

  • Equipped for advanced trauma life support, stabilization, and patient transfers when needed
  • Very robust Diagnostic services and specialty support, Telemedicine to expand specialty care and consults, and a Multidisciplinary Team for close collaboration with other EM provider, nursing staff, and support personnel, as well as other medical specialists within the hospital
