Infrastructure Support Analyst
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Technology, Business Admin, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred, with healthcare setting experience given special consideration. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows servers required; experience with SQL Server preferred. Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and Local Area Networks required, and recent experience working with wireless networks a definite plus. Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery solutions preferred. Experience with supporting multi-level security mechanisms preferred. Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, work independently and as a team member, and effective oral and written communication skills required. Strong interpersonal service skills with the ability to meet and work with people easily. Organizational and planning skills including the ability to adapt to frequent interruptions, prioritize tasks, maintain performance under pressure, and anticipate the needs of others. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, kneel, stoop, bend, squat, and stand.
